Highly decorated vase with white and gold cranes, clouds, waves and small decorated round panels. The panels are in the form of fans and screens which in turn are decorated with irises, blossom and ladies. There are two minor chips to the rim.

The signature bears the mark of the Fukagawa Porcelain Manufacturing Company (1895-1925)

Fukagawa shallow dish decorated with a crane standing on one leg perched on a tree branch. The rim has a slightly scalloped edge with white flowers on a blue background. The reverse has a design of blue stringing running around the outer edge.
